grandma mary's birthday!

grandpa marvin had a surprise birthday party for grandma mary 

right before they left on their fishing trip to alaska...

gav was soooooooo excited!

we had a hard time keeping him out of the presents...

4th of july!!!

we had an awesome 4th of july with all of our neighbors and friends in the cul-de-sac....

sweet dreams karson...

this was actually a couple of days before we lost karson.
we were enjoying a nap and he looked so happy
that i just had to snap a pic.
he was always such a good snuggler!

mack is adjusting to life without his buddy karson, 

but he's a bit lonely during the day.

he kept me company at work and got lotsa love...

last weekend, they were all set to watch the world cup US game...

i came inside awhile later and here's what i found.

father's day!

for father's day, we took the train to the san diego zoo.

my birthday weekend! (aka, Memorial Weekend)

my birthday weekend started out fabulously...

Gav got for me for my birthday!
