where did my baby boy go?

this night marked the moment when i first
caught a glimpse of gav as a little boy...
i had to look at the camera 2 times,
maybe 3, after i took this picture.
i thought, who is THIS lil' guy and
where did my baby boy go????

again, wearing mark's shoes....

me: "gavin, where are you? where's gavin? mark, do you see gav?"
mark: "nope, i don't see him anywhere! where is he?"
(ignoring the very front and center little toes...)

priceless. :)

The choo-choo life!

We are all about the choo-choo life...
Whether it's building new tracks,
taking about 25 trains with us wherever we go,
helping the choo-choos go nigh-night,
reading choo-choo books or just
a good ole dvd (over and over)....
YEP. ALot of quality choo-choo time!

Gav definitely understands the whole birthday deal now!
The morning of my birthday, he stood in his crib
and said "Happy Happy Mama!"

I loved it, of course! :)

We went to fondue for my birthday... YUM!
Here we thought, cool, this will be fun for him to watch.

Ummmm no. even with all of his cars, motocycles,
coloring books,etc.,of course the non-toddler-appropriate
fondue sticks were much more appealing.
