one awesome afternoon in august...

just a great afternoon... hanging out after work and then a walk with the doggies...

just being happy gav! (3 1/2 months)

what a smiley guy! we were eating dinner at at food court where he loved watching the fountains and the kids playing in the water... gav is doing great! he is changing little bits each day! "talking" a ton.. and that laugh, well, that's the best noise in the whole wide world.

3 1/2 months.... our first week back to work and starting at the babysitter's house!

well, phew! we made it! (or should i say that i made it!) it was tough, but honestly much better than i had anticipated. :) gavin is going to an in-home day care right down the street from work. (from both mark and i!) the babysitter's name is valeria and she is amazing! when i leave him in the mornings and mark picks him up in the afternoons, he's always happy and smiley. the other kids really love having a baby around too! the best part, if i need a gav-fix, i can run down there on my lunch. so far, so good! :)

oh, btw! we tried hanging out in the pool/hot tub again.... he loved it this time! (the one time i actually don't have my camera!) yay!

gav is still loving his dirtbikes... he lays there and laughs and talks them forever!!!

12 weeks... and gav's first vacation!

this week we went to denver... gavin got to meet his other grandpa and take his first plane ride. he as a trooper on the plane! all that worrying for nothing! he slept, ate and smiled!

11 weeks!!!

it just keeps getting better! honestly! :) this week has been full of fun things! gav has definitely found his hands... he'll stare at his fingers and bat at his toys forever! did i mention the smiles? they could melt your heart... :)
